The online demonstration is organized by the Italian Chinese Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the China Foreign Trade Center, and is supported by the Italian Association for Foreign Trade (AICE) and the Italian China Foundation.
China will hold the 128th Canton Fair online from October 15th to 24th. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, this is the second online expo.
In the past 63 years, the Canton Fair has been held twice a year. The Expo was established in 1957 and is regarded as an important barometer of China’s foreign trade. The 127th conference in June 2020 attracted nearly 26,000 domestic and foreign companies and exhibited 1.8 million products.

He explained that the upcoming version of the Canton Fair will have 25,000 domestic and foreign exhibitors for online demonstrations. According to the Canton Fair website, exhibitors from 16 categories will be divided into 50 exhibition areas.
The categories range from hardware to shoes, from electronics and household appliances to chemical products, from building materials to office supplies.
Li Zhaoxing said that the Canton Fair has advanced technology and the online exhibition format eliminates the constraints of time and space.
